BPWA is pleased to be taking part in the 2017 Spring House Tour of the Berkeley Architectural Heritage Association (BAHA) on Sunday, May 7, from 1 to 5 p.m. Our booth will be at #6 Hillcrest Court. We’ll be selling our brand new Path Wanderers tee shirts and hats as well as our maps, notecards, books, and poster.

The tour, “John Hudson Thomas & Friends In Claremont Park,” will feature six homes that Thomas designed between 1911 and 1914. Another five houses will be open, one by each of these noted architects: Bernard Maybeck, Julia Morgan, Walter Ratcliff, Harris Allen, and Albert Farr. For ore information about the tour and tickets, go to the BAHA website.

The tour route also includes three of the 11 paths in the neighborhood: The Steps, Crossways, and Encina Walk, which bridges Harwood Creek and is one of the shortest paths in Berkeley.

Please stop by our booth to say hello!
