Grab your flashlight and let's kick off the weekend with a sunset hike! We'll start with a walk through campus and climb past Memorial Stadium to hike the Strawberry Canyon fire trail. Our route includes a shortcut through a most gorgeous and peaceful redwood grove. It's a tough uphill right there, but oh so beautiful. And on a clear day, panoramic bay views will reward us at the top. We'll pause on the ridge to enjoy the sunset and then head back on more gentle trails and staircases through the picturesque Panoramic Hill neighborhood.

Please dress in layers and sturdy hiking shoes and bring a headlamp, flashlight, or flashlight app. Please bring water and snacks to fuel up along the way, if you'd like. Dogs are welcome on this hike, but please keep Fido on a leash at all times, as not everyone in the group is comfortable around dogs.
