Join us for Walk 3 of the Every Path in Berkeley series! Former BPWA president Alina Constantinescu will lead this walk, which covers much of the flatlands of Berkeley including the historic Oceanview neighborhood. Highlights include Strawberry Creek Park, Jeronimus Alley murals, BPWA founder Ruth Armstrong Path, and Kamala Harris's childhood home on Bancroft Way. The route and map are posted at this link. A limited number of printouts will be distributed at the start of the walk. The start point is by North Berkeley Bart. If you’re driving, parking in the Bart lot is free on weekends. We will take breaks as needed along the walk, but we encourage you to arrive early and use the restroom at Bart before meeting us at the start point. There are not many restroom options along the way aside from port-a-potties and commercial establishments such as Peet’s and Starbucks.
