Join us for another tail-wagging edition of Pooches on the Paths, where we’ll sniff out some of Berkeley’s lesser-known parks and pathways. From larger spaces to tiny, tucked-away pocket parks, we’ll roam through the Northwest Berkeley and the Park Hills neighborhood. Along the way, we will take in sweeping views and enjoy a few vibrant examples of residential art, adding their own touch to Berkeley’s unique charm.
We’ll be walking at an easy-going, dog-friendly pace—perfect for both casual walkers and curious canines. Whether you’re bringing your four-legged buddy or just love being in the company of other dog lovers, this outing is open to all. And, of course, we’ll have a much- anticipated “biscuit break” for humans and pooches midway through the walk.
Keep in mind, the route includes climbing up and down staired pathways and stretches of uneven terrain. The total distance is approximately 3 miles—plenty of time for socializing, enjoying the sights, and smells!
