Accessibility: There will be mud if it has rained recently, and there is some uneven footing. Hiking poles are useful. Dogs are not permitted on the trails we will be using in Tilden. The route is not accessible for wheelchair use.

Note: Nov. 3 is the first day of the switch to Standard Time, so 9:00 will feel like 10:00. 

The East Bay Regional Park District has replaced the bridge on Memory Trail between Wildcat Canyon Rd. and Cañon Dr. This trail allows safe pedestrian access to the Nature Area in Tilden. We will walk up to the trailhead on Wildcat, follow five miles in Tilden taking various trails up to Wildcat Peak and a different route back to Memory Trail. 

In the event of heavy or steady rain, the walk will be postponed until Nov. 17th.
