Join Berkeley Path Wanderers Association to celebrate the 95th birthday of BPWA co-founder Jacque Ensign! Jacque was one of our original four founders: In late 1997, Jacque, Ruth Armstrong (Moskovitz), Patricia DeVito, and Eleanor Hall Gibson began meeting to form an organization to advocate for Berkeley's beloved paths network.
BPWA will provide pizzas (while they last) and cake; please bring main dishes, appetizers, salads, desserts, and (nonalcoholic) beverages to share. Bring lawn chairs to sit on if you prefer them to benches. Jacque says in lieu of gifts, donations to BPWA are most welcome.
Meet at Live Oak Park picnic area #2 (between Walnut and Oxford streets and adjacent to the Berkeley Art Center).
