In mid-2019, BPWA's current board and other stakeholders met to chart out a vision for our next year, and next decade. We met beside the creek in our board president Alina Constantinescu's backyard, led by facilitator Chris Cochran. Regardless of the breeze — which kept blowing over our easels — we used little dot stickers to prioritize our future work in five main areas: path building, path improvements, path maintenance, outreach and communications, and revenue and governance. We set some ambitious goals!
